1. Introduction

Worgoo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Worgoo Trendyol Yorumları Shopify application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Shopify

When you install our App, we collect:

• Store name and domain
• Store owner email address
• Product information (IDs, titles, handles)
• Product metafields (to store review data)

2.2 Information You Provide

• Trendyol merchant ID
• Trendyol product URLs
• App configuration settings

We also process review text, ratings, dates, images, and any reviewer display names made available by Trendyol. A public review display name may be personal information. We do not read Shopify customer records to fetch reviews.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• App usage data
• Error logs and diagnostic information
• Sync timestamps

3. How We Use Your Information

• Sync Trendyol reviews to your Shopify store
• Display reviews on your storefront via theme extensions
• Provide customer support
• Improve our App's functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Fly.io (PostgreSQL with encryption at rest). All connections use SSL/TLS encryption.

Data Retention: We retain your data while you use the App. When Shopify delivers an app uninstallation or shop/redact webhook, we delete that shop's records from our active database. Hosting backups may hold earlier copies until their scheduled expiration. Review metafields already written to your Shopify store remain there unless you remove them.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

• With Apify: We send the Trendyol product URL or product ID to our configured review-fetching service, which retrieves review content for import.
• With ZenRows: When the alternative fetching route is configured, the Trendyol product URL is sent through ZenRows to retrieve review pages.
• With Trendyol: We request product review pages with read-only access.
• With Shopify: To update product metafields and display reviews
• With Fly.io: To host the App and its database
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

6. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

7. GDPR Webhooks

We handle Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks. The App does not read or store Shopify customer records for review syncing. Trendyol review display names may still be personal information:

• customers/data_request: We do not store Shopify customer records for review syncing, so there are no such records to provide.
• customers/redact: We do not store Shopify customer records for review syncing; the request is acknowledged.
• shop/redact: We delete the shop's records from our active database when the authenticated request is received.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our App does NOT use cookies or tracking technologies on your storefront.

Worgoo olarak Worgoo Trendyol Yorumları Shopify uygulamasını işletmekteyiz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamamızı kullandığınızda bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.

2. Topladığımız Bilgiler

• Mağaza adı ve domain
• Mağaza sahibi e-posta adresi
• Ürün bilgileri (ID, başlık, handle)
• Trendyol satıcı ID ve ürün URL'leri

3. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik

Verileriniz Fly.io sunucularında saklanır. Shopify uygulama kaldırma veya shop/redact bildirimini ilettiğinde mağaza kayıtlarını aktif veritabanımızdan sileriz. Barındırma yedeklerinde eski kopyalar planlanan süre dolana kadar kalabilir. Shopify ürün metafield'larına yazılmış yorumlar siz kaldırmadıkça mağazanızda kalır. Shopify müşteri kayıtlarını yorum çekmek için okumayız; Trendyol yorumcu görünen adları kişisel veri olabilir.

4. Yorum Çekme Hizmetleri ve Veri Paylaşımı

Yorumları almak için Trendyol ürün URL'si veya ürün ID'si Apify hizmetine gönderilir. Alternatif çekme yolu yapılandırılmışsa ürün URL'si ZenRows üzerinden iletilir. Yorum metni, puanı, tarihi, görselleri ve varsa yorumcu görünen adı işlenir. Yorumlar Shopify ürün metafield'larına yazılır; uygulama ve veritabanı Fly.io üzerinde barındırılır. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
