Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Fly.io (PostgreSQL with encryption at rest). All connections use SSL/TLS encryption.

Data Retention: We retain your data as long as you use our App. Upon app uninstallation, data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

• With Trendyol: To fetch product reviews (read-only access)
• With Shopify: To update product metafields and display reviews
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. GDPR Webhooks

We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• customers/data_request: We provide customer data within 30 days
• customers/redact: We delete customer data within 30 days
• shop/redact: We delete all shop data within 48 hours of app uninstallation

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our App does NOT use cookies or tracking technologies on your storefront.
